The Site is located at 345 Victoria Road, Chatswood, New South Wales. The property containing the Site is presently a four level Major Regional shopping centre referred to as Chatswood Chase Shopping Centre. The Site is approximately 8 kilometres north of the Sydney CBD and is currently anchored by a 3 level David Jones tenancy along with Coles and K Mart tenancies on the lower Ground Floor. Chatswood Chase also contains more than 200 specialty and mini major tenants with a total gross lettable area of 63,715SQM.

The Development Application (DA) sought approval for the redevelopment of the Centre, including expansion of the shopping centre, reconfiguration of tenancies, additional carparking facilities & significant upgrade of the external façade. The proposed development will consist of approximately 15,000m2 of additional GLA and approximately 600 additional parking spaces. The redevelopment will consist of additional and upgraded vertical transportation to improve the vertical integration within the Site as well as new customer amenities and upgrade to base building MEP services.
