The Development Application (DA) sought approval for the redevelopment of the Centre, including expansion of the shopping centre, reconfiguration of tenancies, additional carparking facilities & significant upgrade of the external façade. The proposed development will consist of approximately 15,000m2 of additional GLA and approximately 600 additional parking spaces. The redevelopment will consist of additional and upgraded vertical transportation to improve the vertical integration within the Site as well as new customer amenities and upgrade to base building MEP services.
