Compass Retail Delivery was engaged to develop and manage the early stages of retail programming coupled with a gap analysis of the retail process. Being a ‘new build’ within Sydney’s iconic Circular Quay, the importance of working directly with AMP and the head contractor to develop a delivery management plan and process that will align with lessee contractor requirements, will prove paramount given the challenges with materials handling, hours of access and access to amenities.
Following the engagement, Compass were requested to address and manage the production of Tenancy Plans, Master Lease Plans and Lessee/Lessor scope of works.
