Rouse Hill Town Centre

Rouse Hill Town Centre was opened by GPT in 2007 and has changed the face of retail and residential living in North Western Sydney and is identified as a target area for Sydney’s population growth. This is supported by the recent opening of its own stop on the new Sydney Metro directly adjacent to the centre.

With the initial stage winning several international planning and design awards through its commitment to be a genuine community Town Centre with a world leading sustainability ranking, Compass Project Management were entrusted to bring to life the next stage of GPT’s Rouse Hill Master Plan.

The delivery of a large-scale development adjacent to the fully operational retail centre and residential community comes with a magnitude of challenges. The stage two development consists of over 19,000sqm of additional retail area, 154 residential apartments across two residential towers and 3 floors of commercial office space and 2 levels of basement carparking.

This project is scheduled for completion year ending 2022.
