Owned and managed by the Dexus Property Group, a centre of style since 1978, MLC Centre is a magnetic space in the heart of Sydney. A business, culture and style destination, MLC Centre is home to an intriguing mix of bars, eateries, cafés and boutique retailers!

Compass Project Management was engaged to manage the delivery of 20 tenancies within the food court area of MLC Sydney. Being an existing operational food court, Compass Project Management has faced numerous challenges in relation to materials handling, hours of access, truncated base building delivery program.

Following this engagement, Compass were engaged for the next stage of the project. Stage 2 includes the redevelopment of the Retail and Theatre Royal precincts, resulting in the repositioning of the MLC Centre as one of Sydney’s iconic lifestyle destinations.
