As director and senior project manager at Compass, Ray has over 30 years of strong, disciplined project management experience across retail, leisure, health and commercial property. Ray’s broad industry experience has seen him assume responsibility for all project management and delivery roles throughout the development lifecycle. Prior to founding Compass, Ray built a solid reputation as the National Project Manager for Stockland Property Trust (Shopping Centre division) and as Project Manager for Westfield Development and John Laing Construction (UK).
